Pathway of Hope provides individualized services to families who find themselves in cycles of poverty, including unemployment, unstable housing, lack of education, and more. If your family is in this cycle – and you want to make a change – The Salvation Army Northwest is here for you.
Pathway of Hope can move a family from crisis to stability by pairing them with a case manager who will connect the family to the services they need. These services include: referrals to homeless shelters, access to food banks in your area, help obtaining affordable housing, job-training, and more.
